We have instituted this support
desk to avoid spammers who may attempt to harvest our email addresses off this
website. Phone support is not available at this time as we are very busy
finalizing the system. Phone support will be available upon release.
If you have joined and did not
receive an email, there are one of three reasons for this:
1) you entered your email address
incorrectly
2) your ISP has some filters on
and is blocking our mail.
3) if the site is extremely busy
with traffic/signups, it may take a few minutes to get to you. Please allow at
least 10-15 minutes for the mail to process.
If you still have not received an
email after fifteen minutes, you may submit a request to verify your email
address with the one you subscribed as. Please also provide an alternate
email. If the one you submitted is accurate, then we must forward the email to
a different address.
If you received an email but
cannot log in, please check the following first:
1. Our system uses cookies for
security protection. You must have cookies active on your browser to be able
to log in. We NEVER follow your activities in any way except on our own site
to protect ourselves from possible hackers or attempts to share passwords by
users.
2. If you use zonealarm or other
similar firewall, it is very possibly blocking the cookies required to access
the members area. You may have to temporarily turn it off as one of our
members notified us.
3). If you are accessing your
email through Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, or similar email client where the website
opens up inside the email browser - cookies are almost always blocked. You
need to open up a separate browser window and manually type in the login URL,
and enter from there.
User ID's and passwords are case
sensitive. Make sure you are entering them properly. If you still cannot log
